Thomas began his career with Merrill Lynch in Delray Beach, Florida, in 1996, where he held roles in cashiering, trading, and compliance before advancing to the position of Financial Advisor. During his tenure in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, Thomas earned his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and received multiple individual achievement awards recognizing his performance and client service.

In 2008, Thomas joined Morgan Stanley in Fort Lauderdale as a Financial Advisor, where he obtained his Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses. While at Morgan Stanley, he earned several distinctions for excellence, including being one of only three advisors in the state of Florida selected to attend an advanced, week-long training program in New York City.
