About Us

Our goal is to create a unique and special place for Wesley Chapel to dine. The new menu is a result of our travels around the world and our passion for good and unique cuisine. Our current menu represents our most favorite dishes that we loved and wanted to share with the city of Wesley chapel. A lot of the dishes take time to cook and present, and the renovations to the kitchen were done in support of these concepts. Some of the dishes take hours to braise and require complicated preparation methods so we only open for dinner. We developed the wine list specifically to pair with the food items we serve. UMU is dedicated to deliver the high-quality dishes you desire. As a small business, We thank the community and our loyal customers from our heart.
