Monday - Thursday evening: 4:30pm-7:30pm
weekends: 7am-10am
SETS New Tampa is a group fitness HIIT gym opening soon! 50 min classes that have a nice mix of strength and cardio and have different focuses through out the week (ex. Leg day, Chest and triceps day)
