The AAA Dilemma: Tips to Help Caregivers Take care of Themselves
Family caregiving is a challenging, yet rewarding experience. Linda Burhans has conducted over 700 workshops for family caregivers with one common thread she calls the AAA Dilemma: they do not ask for help; they do not accept help; and they do not acknowledge themselves. At Beach House, we’ve proud to host this workshop to help caregivers address the three AAAs.
