Nikki Ubaldini has been in Real Estate since 1986; along with her husband Gary, they have helped over 5,000 families buy or sell real estate. She has spoken to or trained at organizations like Star Power, FAR, CRS, Aetna Insurance Company, and the YMCA, to name a few. In addition, she is a Master Faculty Trainer for Keller Williams University and teaches leadership to young adults as a certified Quantum Leap instructor. Nikki also does private consulting for organizations within and outside of the Real Estate industry, training in many areas like sales, business organization, consultations, and leadership. She has founded a women's group called Women Empowered to help women advocate and care for their physical, spiritual, and emotional health. Putting all of this into practice, Nikki still has a practicing real estate team with her husband and is currently the Owner of 3 Keller Williams Realty offices with over 1,000 agents. She also owns 3 Title companies, possesses ownership in the Keller Williams Ohio Valley Region, and is the Operating Principal of the Keller Williams South Florida Region.

A Florida native born in Pinellas County, Elizabeth Hole has over twenty-two years experience in the mortgage industry. She began her mortgage career in 2000, as a processor and joined VanDyk Mortgage in 2010 as a senior loan processor specializing in government loans. In 2011, Elizabeth transitioned to loan origination and currently works as the Senior Loan Originator in one the largest Keller Williams real estate offices in Florida, VanDyk Mortgage. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has encountered a wide variety of fraud associated with mortgage loans. She always enjoys helping her clients with making one of the biggest decisions of their lives – purchasing a home!
What you will learn:
Elizabeth and Nikki will discuss various frauds and schemes they have seen throughout their years in the real estate and mortgage industries, how they were discovered, and the outcome. Specific examples will be provided from the standpoints of the real estate brokerage, title company, and mortgage lender. Elizabeth and Nikki will discuss what they are currently seeing and have seen in the past, and the impact it has had on both industry professionals and those involved in a real estate transaction. Attendees will come away learning how they can best protect themselves, others who are involved in the purchasing of real property, and will gain insight into different types of fraud that they may not have previously been aware took place.
