Be part of the TampaBay Afrofit Chakacha Tribe and be one of the privileged to be educated in the art of controlling your pelvis properly with your core! The benefits on your health and wellness are real! Chakacha class are offered to women only (18 years and older), but the drilling from 8PM to 9PM are open to all that have taken classes or private sessions with either Brayo Judah or myself (Natacha Zamor)
