Why Network.It?

Because building a business is hard work... and while we all know that exercise is critical to our well-being, it's often the first thing to go when tackling our ever-growing to-do lists. So, come induldge in some body-positive selfcare, while also networking with incredible Tampa women (like you)!

The Format:

• 11:00am | Network.It: We'll kick the event off with a fun session to help everyone connect.
• 11:15am | Workout: Barre Every Body | Stressed or stiff from grinding away at your computer all week long? (Aren't we all?) Feel better with friends! Dress to stretch.
• 12:00pm | Cool down and connect with Startup Sisters

What to Expect:

Barre3 is a full-body mindful workout that delivers remarkable results from the inside out. You'll be guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micro-movements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts. The barre3 signature approach will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.

No experience required. Barre3 classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.
