Stop by for some lunch and a ribbon cutting ceremony with us, as we Celebrate joining the Wesley Chapel Community.

Here at AOL MMA, we offer opportunities for adults and youth to learn the arts of Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Weightlifting, and MMA, as well as professional training and weight loss.

Our Trainers are all Olympic Athletes.  We provide professional training at amateur prices.

Looking for something for the kids?  We also offerer scholarships to youth who are unable to join on their own.  We offer a place for them to focus and direct themselves into activities that help promote self esteem and discipline.  We provide them the skills necessary to become Olympic Athletes and professional boxers. (Both Drop-off and Pick-up plans are available.)

Better Image Wellness Center is the places to come for all your Nutritional Needs.  Nestled within in the AOL MMA facility lets us offer you a visit to two wonderful healthy environments all in a one-stop location.  Join the celebration of our joint ribbon cutting event.
