Dr. Adell is the owner and CEO of Prescriptive Solutions\, Inc.\, which provides many services including primary healthcare\, lifestyle coaching\, and hormone replacement therapy\, in non-traditional settings\, since 1996\, and has since expanded to wellness and fitness coaching for groups and individuals. She also provides consultative services to physicians and nurse practitioners regarding collaborative agreements\, employment negotiation and practice management.

\nDr. Adell has been invited to present numerous lectures concerning the roles\, responsibilities and challenges that face today&rsquo\;s advanced practice nurses. She is known for her ability to engage her audience with her energy and enthusiasm and for bringing real life scenarios and practical knowledge to her courses and seminars.
