Along the way she'll visit VA Hospitals\, meet with Gold Star families who have lost loved ones in service to their country\, and honor local fire and police departments as well.\n\n\n\nArticle\n\n\n\nClick Here For More Information\n\nFor those not familiar with Gavros' past projects\, in her home town of Oswego she was the organizer of Oswego's 10-year Sept. 11 anniversary memorial\, in which she and a team of volunteers lined Washington Street and Hudson Crossing Park with nearly 3\,000 pairs of shoes to commemorate the lives lost on 9/11. \n\nGavros also organized several July 4th tributes to Illinois' fallen heroes\, and she's the author of Final Tributes   Incredible Ways Americans Are Remembering Our Fallen Troops along with several other books.
