DESCRIPTION:2013 Light The Night Walk at 6:10 P.M.\n\nSaturday\, November 9\, 2013\n\nLeukemia & Lymphoma Society\n\n\n\nAT: Bright House Field\n\n\n\nThe Light The Night Walk is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's annual fundraising walk and the nation's night to pay tribute and bring hope to people battling cancer.\n\n\n\nIn 2012\, the Walk raised more than $55 million nationally for research and patient services. The Suncoast Chapter raised over $448\,000 in 2012.\n\n\n\nParticipants walk along a one  to two-mile route in their communities. Those who raise $100 or more are called Champions for Cures\, and carry lighted balloons  white for survivors\, red for supporters and gold balloons in memory of loved ones lost. Dedication banners and remembrance ceremonies provide an opportunity to display a name or message\, honoring or commemorating a family member or friend with cancer.\n\n\n\nLink to our Flyer For More Information
